Thank you for registering for our Heathcare Provider CPR class! We look forward to seeing you in class. Please read on for valuable information about your training in order to make it a successful and pleasant experience!

  1. Please wear comfortable clothing. You will be moving around a lot practicing skills & will need to get up & down from the floor.
  2. If you have medical problems that would keep you from getting on the floor such as knee problems, please let your instructor know prior to the start of class so that accomodations can be made for you.
  3. Please arrive a few minutes before the start of class. It makes it better for everyone involved if class starts promptly!
  4. In case of imclement weather, we will attempt to call you to give you an update on your class. Decisions are usually made 2-3 hours prior to the start of the class. We will also post a notice on our website and will change the message on our voice mail.
  5. No refunds are given for registration fees. If you must miss class for an emergency, you must contact our office no later than 48 hours after the class in order to reschedule. We will allow you to reschedule ONE time only.
  6. You will receive your card at the end of the class. If you lose your card and need a duplicate card printed, a fee of $5 will apply.
